Chairman and CEO -- Mr. Gordon is a 18-year veteran of B2B Internet trading exchanges. Mr. Gordon joined Enporion as Chairman and CEO in 2001. Prior to joining Enporion he served as President and CEO of FastParts.com, a business-to-business trading exchange for electronic components. He also founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Datamatix, Inc., an electronic commerce trading exchange company specializing in public sector procurement services. Prior to founding Datamatix, Mr. Gordon served as Chairman and CEO of SPD Technologies, a leading developer and manufacturer of shipboard electrical power distribution and control systems. He holds the rank of Captain in the Naval Reserve and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. Mr. Gordon serves as a director of the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, the Tampa Bay Partnership and Chairman of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum. He was also appointed by the Governor of Florida to serve on the State's Technology, Research and Scholarship Board.
Chief Technology Officer -- Mr. Garcia is a 18-year veteran manager of the development and operation of information technology applications. Prior to joining Enporion, Mr. Garcia was the Vice President of Operations and Technology for FastParts.com, a prominent B-to-B e-commerce company. At FastParts, he managed the in-house Information Technology, Web Operations, and Custom Product development. Mr. Garcia also held senior management positions as Director of IT for On Command Corp., Vice President of MIS for Database Real Estate Inc., and Director of MIS for National Consumers Information Services.
Vice President, Operations and Professional Services -- Mr. Stanton came to Enporion from Cap Gemini Ernst and Young (CGEY) where he worked with major utilities in the U. S. and Canada in the areas of business strategy development, strategic sourcing, organization development, and culture transformation. Prior to joining CGEY, he was a senior consulting manager with Andersen Consulting, where he also focused on the utility industry, assisting energy companies with new business development and human capital strategy. Before entering the consulting field, Mr. Stanton had responsibility for organizational strategy and development at Entergy Corporation, a New Orleans-based utility that served customers in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas. Mr. Stanton is also a former school principal. He holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of New Orleans and a master's degree from Loyola University.
Business Development Consultant -- Mr. Grohman has extensive experience in sales and marketing with IBM, followed by a position as the Senior VP, Sales and Marketing, at emWare. At IBM, he held many different positions in sales and marketing, including four years in Paris, France, as General Manager of the IBM Global Network for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In his last position, Vice President, Global Sales, Mr. Grohman was heavily involved in the sale and transition of the Global Network to AT&T. He has a degree in electrical engineering from Notre Dame, an MSE in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Wharton.
Vice President, Account Management -- Responsible for managing and growing customer relationships through value based solutions. In his 16-year career with W.W. Grainger, Mr. Sanders demonstrated a successful track record in sales, sales management, supply chain management, business operations, and new business start-up.. He served in a variety of positions at Grainger that included: District Sales Manager; Director of Operations and Supply; and Vice President. In his role as Vice President, Mr. Sanders managed a staff of 200 individuals in the areas of operations, e-Procurement, and supply chain management. During his tenure, the revenue base for the business unit grew to $500MM annually. Additionally, he was the Director of Internet Commerce for W.W, Grainger's mroverstocks.com, where he managed both business development and supply chain in Grainger's start-up Internet business.
